PROEAR 2000TM is the world's only practical ear protector for divers, designed and developed by diving physicians, engineers and instructors in order to enhance diver safety and comfort.
How the PROEAR 2000TM works: The uniform ear cups fit over the ears and form a watertight seal once properly positioned. Air is pushed into the ear cups through connecting tubing via non-returning valves by exhaling through the nose into the facemask. This allows the diver to easily equalize the pressure in the ear cups before it ever reaches the eardrums. In essence, the mask, ear cups and indeed the entire respiratory system become a "closed circuit" equalized air pressure system. Available colors: Translucent Blue (includes stoarge case)
